I\u2019d gone gluten-free before, temporarily, but never with the intention of doing it permanently. I was finally ready to take the plunge and go permanently gluten-free. And I\u2019m not looking back.<\/p>\n<p>Fall is here, and it\u2019s my&nbsp;<em>favorite<\/em> time of year for food. I\u2019m a total basic B. Give me all the pumpkin spice. Except most of my favorites are full of gluten \u2013 the very thing that gives me migraines.
