In the Alcoba section of the resort, choose from luxurious rooms with a swim up pool, rooms with beautiful views of the teal waters of the Caribbean ocean, or if you prefer, a room located right on the oceanfront. Luxurious one and two bedroom suites are located in the Estancia Tropical area of the resort. With gorgeous tropical views, these suites offer more room and more privacy than the more traditional rooms. Like most of the rooms in the Alcoba area, the suites in Estancia Tropical boast a private terrace and outdoor hydro spa.
The resort is also home to a private villa with a full living room, dining room, kitchen, and bar. With two full master bedrooms, up to six adults can stay in the villa and enjoy a child-free getaway.

One of the best parts of any vacation is getting to indulge in exquisite foods and Unico Hotel does not disappoint with five gourmet restaurants offering everything from traditional Mexican cuisine to rich Italian fares. Unico Hotel is a foodies’ paradise.
Mi Carisa is the onsite Italian restaurant. The restaurant also has a wood-burning oven to provide authentic smoky Italian flavor. Mi Carisa is open daily for an ala carte breakfast and dinner.
Cueva Siete which translates to Cave Seven is named for seven origin caves that can be found in the myths of the ancient Mayans. This restaurant offers a cuisine that is devoted to local flavors of the Yucatán Peninsula in Mexico. Authentic Mexican flavors are incorporated into every offering at Cueva Siete. Whether you are an early riser or a night owl, Cafe Inez will be there to quench your thirst and fill your belly. Open from 6:00 am to 2:00 am daily, it is the perfect place to grab a bite to eat almost any time. Cafe Inez is inspired by the classic cafes found throughout Europe. The cafe offers decadent pastries, coffees, juices, sandwiches, and fresh salads.
If you are looking for a place to get drinks,Unico Hotel is home to three different bars and lounges. Palmera brings the glamorous atmosphere of 1920s Cuba to life and offers handcrafted cocktails and a cigar bar. Open daily from 11:00 am to 12:00 am, Bar Balam offers cocktails inspired by ancient Mayan traditions. It’s the perfect place to grab a drink before you head to the beach.
For the true foodies, Unico Hotel also offers cooking classes. Book an Authentic Mexican Cuisine class to learn how to incorporate traditional Mexican flavors into your own cooking. Seasonally, you can also join a mixology class where you can learn to make your own tropical cocktails.
Adventure in the Riviera Maya
The resort offers a variety of experiences that you can book during your stay. One of the most popular adventures among guests is the opportunity to swim up close and personal with dolphins. The experience allows you to interact in a variety of ways, from a sweet kiss to a warm hug, with dolphins in the area. In addition to providing an incredible experience, the resort also provides a complimentary towel, life jacket, and locker to store your things while you are relaxing with the dolphins.
